Contact Information

Founded in 2013, Sun Shrimp is a closed-containment shrimp farm in Florida. Sun Shrimp's aquaculture facility is fully integrated. The shrimp are hatched, grown, harvested, processed, and packed all on location. Sun Shrimp are 100% US based and available fresh year-round. The company's shrimp can be delivered anytime nationwide within 24 hours of harvest.

At harvest, the shrimp are immediately dipped in an ice slurry that will quickly preserve them. They arrive at the packing plant within minutes where they are washed, graded and packed so they can be shipped to customers as soon as possible. Sun Shrimp offers a variety of product, including whole, headless, and peeled and deveined shrimp. Their shrimp products now come in a white tamper-evident polyethylene contained with a clear cover.

Sun Shrimp aims to give customers high-quality seafood and at the same time, protect the environment. Sun Shrimp are cultivated using all natural and sustainable processes. The company uses a closed, zero-discharge, bio-secure facility that has no negative impacts on the environment. Sun Shrimp uses nature's biological processes to help maintain and recycle its facility's water and waste on a continuous basis. No chemicals, antibiotics, or preservatives are ever used or needed.
