Sarl Huitres Courdavault Alain is a fourth generation of oyster family based in the world renowned area of Marennes Oleron, France. The company exports over 400 tonnes of oysters per year, mainly in Europe, Middle East and Asia. 2014 will be an exciting year where they have introduced imperial prawn or gambas and pousse en claires. Their goal is to develop the company and grow the activity further going forward. Their client, Huitres Courdavault Alain set up its business twenty five years ago and trade oysters on its 4.5 hectares of water ponds working principaly with wholesalers, supermarkets and seafood agents.
