Since the early 1980s, Penn Cove Shellfish has been producing the finest, sustainably farmed mussels, clams and oysters. The companys farm is located on Whidbey Island in northern Puget Sound, where the nutrient rich waters produce shellfish with rich, plump meats. In addition to its signature Penn Cove mussels, the company also farms meaty Mediterranean mussels, Manila clams and Pacific and Kumamoto oysters.
