The Offshore Seafood Company's origin is rich in Florida fishing history. Their commitment to offering only the highest quality fish and seafood has provided their customers with the freshest fish available. Offshore Seafood Company fish are caught using hand rod and reels and traps, by far one of the most sustainable methods of harvest. Their boats fish only 3-4 days per trip reducing the "at sea" time of their fish; 75% less than the average commercial Grouper, Snapper and Amberjack boats. This bring their fish to shore and direct to the consumer in the freshest conditions. Their fish are immediately brined in an ice and fresh saltwater bath causing mortality.
