Good Catch is a restaurant-oriented program where the Aquarium staff works with their chefs to improve the sustainability of their seafood offerings over time.
- Standard partners have pledged to serve as much sustainable and local seafood as possible and are provided with educational information.
- Platinum and Gold partners have also submitted their menus to the Good Catch program for a detailed scientific review of the seafood products. Individual menu items are scored on a scale of zero to five, and averaged for an overall menu score.
- Gold Partners score a minimum of 3.5.
- Platinum Partners have met a minimum score of 4.0.
