In addition to raw and cooked peeled and deveined shrimp, Rubicon Resources customizes value-added products including battered and tempura shrimp, as well as Asian appetizers and vegetables. The company’s team of research and development chefs, based both domestically and internationally, work with customers to develop and improve their seafood product selection.The company also has exclusive relationships with key secondary ingredient suppliers to allow limitless culinary possibilities.

All shrimp and fish products packed at Rubicon Resources’ facilities is certified by BAP, BRC, ISSF, GMP, HAACP, and IFS. Rubicon Resources believes that fostering a secure and sustainable supply chain starts with engaging producers at the source. Rubicon Resources is always seeking to improve the regions from which their seafood comes and its longstanding relationships with farmers, fishermen, and producers have enabled them to mentor and support hundreds of farms within its supply chain through aquaculture improvement projects (AIPs).
