P.H.R Processing LTD is a family-owned and operated New Zealand seafood company. We speciliase in producing vacuum packed, long life Greenshell Mussels and Littleneck Clams. We take pride in using fresh premium Greenshell Mussels grown in the pristine waters of the Marlborough Sounds and Littleneck Clams from Otago, New Zealand. Our pressure cooking processes allow the natural flavours to be captured and retained, while food safety and product shelf life are enhanced.
Our export business is predominately contract processing. We are happy to process our premium products for our customers wanting their specific branding. We also have our own brand, Omega Seafood, which is sold domestically in New Zealand and internationally exported.
