In 1976 a young man named Keith Goodnight began working the seafood docks for New England Seafoods in Seattle, WA. For the next 18 years his adventure into seafood took him into all facets of distribution and processing. Gaining valuable experience Keith quickly learned that great quality and timely information are the keys to success in distribution. In 1993 Keith founded Northport Fisheries with the goal of servicing distributors and retailers worldwide by providing quality seafood and needed market information to set menus, retail ads and promotions.
