Contact Information

Liley Fisheries was started in 2006 by senior aquatic biologist Jeremy Liley who had nine previous years of experience managing recreational fisheries in Colorado and throughout the U.S. In 2008, Liley Fisheries acquired the Cline Trout Farm trout production facility in Boulder, Colorado in order to supply their increasing recreational fishery clientele. The Cline Boulder facility has been operated as a commercial trout farm since the early 1950s.

Cline Trout Farms built their business on raising the highest quality trout, and Liley Fisheries maintains this high production standard today. The trout farm is supplied by secure, underground springs with water rights pre-dating most of the city of Boulder. Water in the raceways is maintained at temperatures ranging from 40 degrees Fahrenheit to 56 degrees Fahrenheit year-round. Fish are raised in low density flow through concrete raceways and fed high quality commercial trout diets from hatch out to processing. Trout utilized for food fish are grown to 1 ¼ - 1 ½ pounds prior to processing and are never given any hormones or antibiotics. Liley Fisheries trout are raised with standards that provide the highest quality, locally grown trout available for both recreational and food fish uses.
