Founded in 1997 by Darryl Pedersen, Keyport LLC is a family business specializing in crab production and distribution. Based in Seattle, Washington, Keyport also provides an array of cod, salmon, and sablefish products in addition to their top-selling king, snow, and Dungeness crab. 

Darryl Pedersen comes from a long line of fishermen and seafood experts. His sons, Mark and Kurt, now lead the company and carry on Keyport’s legacy of delivering the highest quality of customer service as well as the industry’s freshest crab. With an accumulated 100 years in the seafood business, Keyport is an expert in bringing new products to market, developing new fisheries, and working with the largest retail accounts.

Keyport has a global reach and has multiple processing facilities in the United States and Norway. This allows Keyport the capabilities of a multi-national company, while still maintaining the customer-centric focus of a family run business. This also allows Keyport to provide an array of custom products including specialized cuts, packaging, and delivery options.
