            DoRan Seafood is a shrimp processing and distribution company founded in 2006 by the Pearce and Schwab families. The families have been engrossed in the seafood scene for multiple generations in Louisiana and the surrounding Gulf Coast, and seeing the current state of seafood processing, they imagined a better way to serve customers, a way more in tune to the wholesalers that supply many fine restaurants in New Orleans and other cities around the country – to be customer driven – giving customers what they want when and how they want it in unprecedented manners.

            Coupled with the company’s desire to provide safe, quality, and cost beneficiary products to its customers, DoRan has grown in its fifteen plus years of existence into facilities that adhere strictly to globally recognized food safety standards and that can provide exceptional wild-caught Gulf shrimp with the same personalized customer service the company has provided since day one.

            Today, our executive management Randy Pearce, President, and Jeffrey Schwab, Director of Operations, continue to shape DoRan to best provide premium Gulf shrimp to numerous wholesalers, distributors, grocery store chains, and restaurants nationally with one goal in mind – to offer premium products at the best prices possible for every one of their customers.
