Coal Point Seafood Co., located right on the docks of Homer Harbor, Alaska, buys products directly from local Alaskan fishermen who excel in the finest care of Alaskan seafood. This family owned and operated company has a same day caught-blast-frozen policy, giving their seafood its succulent texture and high-quality flavor. Seafood is cut to order, and shipped fresh straight from the dock. They offer over 200 recipes that enhance the quality and flavors of their seafood, increasing customers’ enjoyment in the kitchen and at the table. They also offer fish processing for sport-caught fish. With over 40 years of experience fishing for a variety of seafood with most fishing gear types, Coal Point Seafood Co. is involved with environmental restoration, and have rehabilitated salmon species and salmon runs damaged by an earthquake spanning from Noatak to Kodiak. A portion of their proceeds go towards preserving wildlife and fish habitats, standing by their motto “catch only what you need leave the rest to breed.”
