Contact Information

Cedar Shoals, Inc. was started in 1998 by Christopher Reynolds, its current president and owner.  Christopher and his wife decided to start the farm after they relocated to Florida. They grow sustainably raised, 100% natural clams in the pristine waters of Cedar Key, the largest production area of aquaculture clams in the eastern US. Clam seeds are raised in an offshore nursery in their natural environment, before being replanted offshore to be harvested, hence their trademarked moniker “wild raised clams.” This type of aquatic farming results in no negative consequences on the environment and is 100% sustainable. Products are processed promptly and delivered within 24 hours of being harvested.
