Brady's Oysters
Brady's Oysters
✕Brady's Oysters is located on the pristine waters of Gray's Harbor on the rugged Washington coast. The family-owned company raises Pacific oysters using suspended culture, a unique method developed in the early 1970s that keeps the oyster out of the mud, producing a cleaner-tasting oyster. Brady’s Oysters enjoys community involvement, and offers informational videos and demonstrations in their store, as well as both customer and self-inspired recipes. Brady’s Oysters is also involved in farmers markets in Puyallup and Tacoma, WA. Their cannery cam and marine forecast systems provides customers with a live feed of the bay and the crew at work. They host Brady’s Annual Oyster Feed in September, an annual oyster cook-off picnic. Brady’s Oysters harvest, shuck, and package their seafood individually by hand, which is then sent directly to customers’ doors by two-day Fed-Ex shipping.
