The company has 7.5 acres in production in three distinct areas which allows the company to harvest to order on a year-round basis. They company has always grown their shellfish in a sustainable manner and observes the "Best Management Practices" of the industry. The company is happy to say that we leave the ocean cleaner than they found it, as shellfish are filter feeders and actually cleanse the water as they feed.
